Service Description

I first experienced Reiki on myself, and it completely shifted how I relate to my own body, mind, and energy. That personal connection showed me how deeply restorative and grounding it can be, and now I love holding that space for others. Each session begins with a gentle assessment of your energy centers, helping me understand where your system may be holding tension, fatigue, or imbalance. This allows the session to meet you exactly where you are. From there, you’ll be guided through a layered experience of Reiki, meditation, and sound healing, with the optional presence of your guides (always with your permission). These tools help your body and mind relax, release what no longer serves you, and restore a sense of balance and clarity. Although there are no expectations, during a session, you might notice: A sense of deep calm or lightness in the body Tingling, warmth, or subtle energy shifts Emotional release or clarity of thought Visualizations, colors, or imagery appearing in your mind’s eye A quiet pause where your mind can settle and your body softens Every session is held with care and presence, offering a safe space to simply be. Whether you’re seeking emotional support, energetic balance, or a nourishing pause, this session is an invitation to step into presence, restoration, and connection with yourself.
