Service Description

This session combines TRE® (Tension & Trauma Releasing Exercises) and Neurogenic Yoga to support nervous system regulation, release stored tension, and create a sense of calm and safety in the body. TRE® was founded by Dr. David Berceli and is designed to help the body naturally discharge deep muscular tension associated with stress, trauma, and life holding patterns. Neurogenic Yoga complements TRE® through gentle movements, breath, and awareness, supporting the nervous system in resetting and integrating. I’ve been practicing TRE® and Neurogenic Yoga for years, and during COVID, while working as a nurse, I realized how powerful these practices were ,not only for myself, but for others navigating stress and overwhelm. That inspired me to deepen my study and begin teaching, sharing tools for nervous system regulation, emotional release, and grounding. I offer two ways to experience this work: 1:1 Sessions (75–90 min) – These individualized sessions are focused on release, regulation, and grounding. While a single session can be supportive, I recommend 4 or more sessions to fully grasp the modality and allow the nervous system to integrate the work over time. Immersion Sessions (2.5 hours) + four 1:1 sessions – A deeper experience that includes theory, teaching, and practical exercises, providing a comprehensive understanding of the nervous system and how TRE® and Neurogenic Yoga support its regulation. During sessions, I hold the space fully for you, gently guiding and offering support or modifications wherever you need them. The work helps your nervous system settle, relax, and integrate, leaving you feeling balanced, grounded, and clear. In our theory time, we’ll explore the nervous system together, giving you tools to notice patterns in yourself and others and support both your own regulation and co-regulation in connection with others.
