About the event
Begin with a guided meditation with a cup of ceremonial cacao from SAGE. A heart supportive plant medicine. Immerse yourself in the soothing sounds of sound bowls, gongs, chimes, drums, keyboard, handpan, and voices... Invite the heart to guide you on a journey of self-discovery and deep relaxation. An opportunity to rejuvenate your mind, body, and soul. Each Sound Journey will be different by including a mixture of breathing practices, meditations, journaling, energy work, gentle movement + more.
Props & yoga mats will be provided upon arrival.
Please arrive 5–10 minutes early to settle in and find your spot.
