What is
a Sage?

A Sage is someone who listens deeply, trusts their iinner guidance, and seeks to embody clarity and insight in their daily life. It is through this path of listening and deepening our connection with the world around us that we can awaken our truest self.

We believe inner wisdom is evoked through relationship - with others, the earth, and its keepers. That’s why we create gatherings, trainings, and offerings that bring people into connection and shared learning.

 

Through these experiences, individuals awaken their inner wisdom, reconnect with purpose, and live it in community, sharing knowledge across cultures and generations.

The Healing Heart

We offer private sessions designed to meet you where you are. Our home studio is located in Ossining, NY, and we also offer in-home travel sessions.

​

Our work includes massage, yoga, sound healing, energy work, and other supportive modalities. Each session is held in a grounded, gentle, and loving way - creating a safe, welcoming space for rest, connection, and healing.

We believe that truly getting to know ourselves creates a ripple that naturally reaches our communities. Inner work and healing are part of the journey, and we hold space for that process with care and compassion.
